In The Beginning

So. I'm engaged. Crazy!

I didn't expect it either.

When my dashing now-fiance-then-boyfriend got down on one knee and proposed, my answer was "shutupyouvegottobekiddingareyouforreal???" followed by hysterical sobbing and shrieked "yesyesofcourse!!"

Sadly, I am not one of those girls who spent her adolescence planning her wedding - I know every detail of my funeral beginning to end, but am at a complete loss when it comes to gowns, flowers, programs and cake.
